MAY GREY - A PERSONAL PROJECT

Reflecting on my first year of post-grad, I have felt inspired by many things but couldn’t find an oulet for my creativity. I decided to use my passion for graphic design to get me out of this funk. I created a summer issue for magazine called ‘May Grey’. May Grey - a play on the fun, warm, and playful designs I put into this magazine. 

I wanted to keep all my skills updated while creating this project. Every photograph in this magazine is owned by me (other than the product page). Experimenting with layout, placement, typography, and illustration, I was able to highlight my skills while playing around with new tecniques.

Typefaces used: Rubik, Sloop, Shree Devanagari, DM Sans Medium, and Hoskins Playful
